NOVA Weekend Immersion is an intensive 2-day transformational experience designed to help you release accumulated stress, emotional tension, and nervous system overload while reconnecting more deeply with yourself, your body, and your awareness. This is not a typical workshop, lecture, or passive sound bath. The immersion weaves together nervous system regulation, somatic practices, emotional release, breathwork, music, energetic facilitation, and expanded states of consciousness into one deeply immersive experience.
