I recently completed one of Anna Kamińska’s courses through Nova Energy School, and the experience was truly transformative. Even though I was already trained in another modality, Anna’s teachings filled in the gaps I didn’t even realize were there.  

Her depth of knowledge, clarity, and the way she weaves everything together elevated my understanding and has taken my practice to an entirely new level.

The NOVA training went far beyond my expectations and was far more in-depth than any other training I’ve taken in this field. NOVA training was an eye-opening experience. Although much of the material was new to me, it was conveyed with exceptional clarity and depth, making it easy to understand and embody through practice rather than theory alone. The quality of presence and the safe, attuned space that was held throughout the training. The practical work was simple yet profound, opening intuition and creating a felt sense of integration and inner coherence. The teaching clearly comes from years of embodied practice. Anna is a grounded, authentic teacher who fully embodies what she teaches. I left the training with deeper understanding, confidence, and the ability to bring this work into practice with others.
