Frequently asked questions
Eat lightly and give yourself at least 2 hours before the session. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Wear loose, breathable clothing and optionally an eye mask to deepen your experience. Most importantly — come as you are and let go of expectations.
You'll lie down on a yoga mat with your eyes closed as music plays. The facilitator moves through the room, transmitting energy through light touch or by working in your energetic field. You may experience spontaneous movements, emotions, or deep stillness — all of this is natural and welcome. The session closes with a short integration period to ground and reflect. Simply relax, surrender, and receive.
Level of your openness and surrender will determine the outcome. The deeper you will immerse yourself in the experience the better results you will get.

Absolutely. No prior experience, spiritual background, or knowledge is needed. Many of our most profound participant experiences come from first-timers who came in curious and open. The only thing you need to bring is willingness.
Yes. If you're called to learn and facilitate this work yourself, visit: Nova Energy School and fill up the application.
Yes, you don’t need to know English to participate. The session is with music, and it is a direct experience.
Yes. This is a trauma-aware, professionally facilitated experience designed with your nervous system's safety as the top priority. The session is not forced or pushed — it follows your body's own natural intelligence. Our facilitators are trained to hold a safe, grounded container throughout.
Every journey is different. Some people experience powerful releases, others feel subtle shifts or deep rest. There is no "right" experience. Trust that whatever happens — or doesn't happen — is exactly what your body needed. Many people notice the effects more in the days following the session than during it.
Light, consensual touch may be used as part of the energetic facilitation — on the head, shoulders, or back. You can indicate at the start if you prefer no touch, and the facilitator will work purely in your energy field instead. Your comfort and boundaries are always respected.
No belief system is required. While the work is rooted in ancient wisdom traditions, it is approached as a direct physical and energetic experience — not a religion or doctrine. People of all backgrounds, beliefs, and levels of skepticism attend and benefit from this experience.
Skepticism is welcome here. The experience works on a physiological level — through music, breath, and the body's own nervous system — not through belief. Many of our most surprised participants came in as skeptics. We only ask that you arrive with an open body, not necessarily an open mind.
Each workshop is kept intentionally small to ensure a safe, intimate, and high-quality experience for every participant.
Yes — and many participants do. Each session is a completely unique experience. Repeat participants often report going deeper and accessing new layers with each journey.
Each session runs about 3 hours, including time for introductions and integration at the end.
After a short introduction, you’ll lie down while we guide you through music‑based activation, somatic release and energetic facilitation. The session concludes with a period of rest and integration. Sharing afterwards is optional.
Experiences vary. Some people feel energy moving or release emotions, others simply enter a deep state of relaxation or clarity. There’s no right or wrong way to experience it.
Many participants feel completely grounded after the workshop, but integration support is available if you want it. We provide integration suggestions at the end of each session, and we send a follow‑up email with additional integration tips the next day. You’re also welcome to join our community group for continued support and connection.
